How does the Excel auto-onboarding system work?

You simply upload your existing distribution spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv). Our backend ETL parser validates columns, detects new retail accounts, creates secure login credentials, assigns opening stock data, and initializes ledger balances in seconds. No manual account setup required.

Is retailer business data strictly isolated and secure?

Yes. Data Partner enforces strict multi-tenant Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Retailers only see their own assigned inventory and transaction ledger. Distributors only manage retailers within their allocated region. Passwords use unique per-user salts with HMAC-SHA256 secret peppers, fully compliant with India's DPDP Act 2023.

Can field officers record collections offline?

Yes. The Data Partner Android app allows field officers to record store visits, verify retailer dues, and log cash or UPI payment collections even in zero-network areas. Records are cached securely on-device and auto-synced with the cloud once network connectivity is available.

What is the dispute window for ledger balances?

Under our standard commercial policy, retailers have a 7-day dispute window from voucher approval to flag any discrepancy via their dashboard. After 7 days, statements are digitally reconciled and archived into immutable audit ledgers.
